Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA & CAPTE).
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care environment preferred.
• Ability to pass a Colorado CAPS background check.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents, create comprehensive treatment plans and provide PT treatments.
• Deliver physical therapy interventions to support mobility and quality of life.
