Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: BS, MS or Doctorate from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Varies based on practice setting and programmatic needs (required).
• Licensure: Licensed or eligible in the Commonwealth of Kentucky or Indiana, as appropriate to the facility.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) accred. by the AHA (required).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients and develops a plan of care.
• Communicates patient status and goals to physicians and therapy customers.
• Oversees rehab technicians and students per policy.
• Participates in program development and performance improvement activities.
• Completes required documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
