• Supervise and provide clinical guidance to COTAs.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, therapy professionals, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
