Job summary

Mon Medical Center Main Campus is seeking a diligent Supply Chain Clerk to ensure continuity of patient care by providing equipment and supplies to caregiver units. The role manages par levels, stocks, and transports items, while coordinating with care units and the hospital’s inventory systems for accurate records.

Responsibilities include processing requisitions, maintaining stock, and assisting with mail operations.

Qualifications

• Heavy lifting and/or carrying up to 50 lbs with a max of 100 lbs.
• 2–3 years inventory handling experience, hospital setting preferred.
• Strong ability to read, write and communicate effectively in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver available equipment on request and restock supplies.
• Maintain par levels and rotate stock to prevent outdates.
• Process department requisitions daily and update records in ERP systems.
• Assist with mailroom functions and interoffice mail management.
• Coordinate with patient care units to ensure timely supply delivery and issue resolution.
