Job summary

InnovaCare Physician Management Services, LLC is seeking a physician to provide and coordinate primary care services, working with practice administrators and case managers to enhance patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with medical staff, adherence to guidelines, and participation in professional development, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and improving service delivery.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from a U.S.-accredited institution and eligible to practice medicine in the U.S.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and/or Geriatric Medicine
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain)
• Active DEA license; active BLS; active ACLS

Responsibilities

• Provides medical treatment to patients.
• Charts all patient interactions in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborates with Medical Assistants to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicates with medical staff to coordinate high-quality patient care.
• Adheres to ethical, legal, and professional guidelines and corporate policies.
• Participates in professional development and quality assurance programs.
