Job summary

InnovaCare Physician Management Services, LLC seeks a dedicated physician to provide primary medical care in a collaborative clinical setting in Florida. You will work closely with the Practice Administrator and Case Manager to ensure comprehensive patient care and meet company quality objectives.

The ideal candidate holds an MD or DO, is board-certified or eligible in Internal, Family, or Geriatric Medicine, and possesses an active DEA license along with BLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a U.S. accredited institution or equivalent licensing.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and/or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active/Unrestricted DEA license; BLS and ACLS.
• Valid, unrestricted state medical license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical treatment to patients.
• Chart all patient interactions per policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with medical staff to deliver high-quality care.
