Software Placement Group (SPG) is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for primary care in the Greater Sacramento area. The role involves collaborative work with physicians and care teams, with standard 8–5 hours or a 4-day, 10-hour shift option.

Responsibilities include patient evaluations, management of conditions, ordering tests, and developing treatment plans with the Medical Director.

Qualifications

• Active California RN and NP license.
• Current NP board certification required.
• DEA certification and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations (history & physicals).
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging; prescribe within scope.
