Job summary

Epiphany School, Inc. seeks a full-time Pre-K Teacher for the Epiphany Early Learning Center to provide high-quality early education and nurturing care year-round. You will contribute to a collaborative teaching team, document progress, report to families, and participate in all educational programming.

The anticipated start date is early January 2027. Ideal candidates hold EEC Teacher Certification (Massachusetts), are dedicated, have strong interpersonal skills, and are committed to quality

Qualifications

• EEC Teacher Certification (Massachusetts)
• Must meet all minimum requirements for Teachers as detailed in EEC regulations
• Superior interpersonal skills
• High degree of initiative and dedication

• Commitment to high-quality programming for children and families, and a supportive work environment
• Massachusetts EEC certified teachers must meet physical requirement to lift 40–50 lbs regularly

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for all aspects of child care and education under the supervision and direction of the Director
• Implement the Early Learning Center curriculum, plan daily activities, and meet classroom and individual goals; provide ongoing documentation, assessment and reporting
• Actively engaged in professional development and continuing education to improve knowledge, skills and certification level
