Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (or Associate’s degree with significant experience).
• Previous Lead Teacher or similar leadership experience in early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of child development and best practices in education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with the E.P.I.C. Curriculum.
• Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom where children can explore and grow.
• Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers to maintain high standards of care.
