Qualifications

• Completion of or enrollment in Florida CS/Standards Basic Law Enforcement Academy prior to hire.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must not have visible tattoos on head, face, neck, scalp, below the wrist, or on the hands.
• Must obtain Florida driver license within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Effect an arrest, using restraints if necessary.
• Prepare investigative and other reports, including sketches.
• Operate a law enforcement vehicle day and night.
• Pursue fleeing suspects and perform rescue operations.
• Participate in Defensive Tactics and respond to emergencies.
