Job summary

Riverside Healthcare seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with mobility challenges. You will design individualized plans, guide patients toward independence, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and current Illinois state licensure.
• Ability to lift and move patients safely and assist with mobility.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills for quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions including exercise and adaptive equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families about therapy goals and progress.
