Wesley Rehabilitation Center in Wichita, KS, an HCA Healthcare facility, is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients and continually adapt therapy plans to reduce pain and dysfunction.

You will document care, coordinate with physicians and families, supervise PT students, and participate in discharge planning while meeting productivity standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) verification course.
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Kansas.
• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and treats patients and consistently modify Physical Therapy programs to decrease or eliminate pain and/or dysfunction.
• Develops and implements a written treatment plan with measurable goals.
• Communicates with patient, family, physicians and staff about disability, plan and outcomes.
• Provides discharge planning and a written discharge summary.
• Documents patient activities clearly and timely per policies.
• Supervises PT and PT Assistant students during affiliations and educates groups.
• Monitors compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Contributes to education practices and change readiness.
• Meets productivity requirements and promotes Rehab services.
