Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification or equivalent within 14 days of hire is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) by the State Board of Healing Arts upon hire is required.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts PT evaluations and develops treatment plans for inpatients and outpatients.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team for treatment and discharge planning.
• Prepares documentation for evaluation, treatment, education and discharge planning.
• Supervises PTAs, Rehabilitation Aides and students; participates in scheduling and training.
