Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Licensure in Indiana and Basic Life Support certification required.
• Foreign-trained applicants must have education evaluated as equivalent by Indiana PLA.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain and prevent disability following disease or injury, and assists patients to reach maximum performance levels.
• Willingly participates in related activities in support of patient care, education and department operations.
• Supervises physical therapist assistants, support personnel and students.
