Job summary

IU Health in Monticello, IN is seeking a dedicated physical therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. You will deliver comprehensive PT services to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury.

The role includes supervising assistants and students, coordinating with the care team, and participating in education and department operations to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Requires current Physical Therapist license in Indiana.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provides all components of direct patient care including supervision of physical therapist assistants, support personnel and students. Willingly participates in related activities in support of patient care, education and department operations.

• Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy; or, if foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
