Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sidney, MT. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized rehab plans, and implement therapy to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore independence. Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop rehabilitation plans.
• Implement therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
