Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will assess patients, design individualized therapies, and guide recovery with evidence-based modalities in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Must have degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs and functional status.
• Design and implement customized PT programs to reduce pain and restore function.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and rehab strategies.
• Administer modalities including moist heat, ultrasound, UV and IR therapy.
• Evaluate and fit prosthetic and orthotic devices as needed.
• Supervise PT assistants, aides, and students to ensure quality care.
• Set measurable goals and document progress, adjusting care plans accordingly.
