Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Benton, Arkansas. You will evaluate patients, design personalized therapy plans, and help restore mobility and function with evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure as Physical Therapist in State.
• BLS within 30 days of hire.
• Requires critical thinking and decisive judgment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs and functional status.
• Design and implement customized, medically prescribed physical therapy programs to reduce pain and restore function.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
• Carry out targeted treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Administer modalities such as moist heat, ultrasound, UV and infrared light.
• Evaluate and fit prosthetic and orthotic devices and recommend modifications.
• Supervise and mentor PTAs, aides, and students.
• Set measurable goals and document progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
