Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and delivers physical therapy programs that help clients recover mobility, relieve pain and increase strength.
• Administers physical therapy interventions following safeguards and documents patient information for evaluation.
• Educates patients and families about treatment plans and home exercises.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and participates in department activities and cross‑department interactions.
• May focus on post‑acute, long‑term care and home health environments.
