You will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, collaborate with the Rehabilitation Director and interdisciplinary teams, and apply evidence-based practices to develop effective treatment plans while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Georgia Physical Therapy license.
• Two years experience in skilled nursing facility rehabilitation preferred.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as per Georgia board rules.
• Ability to collaborate with Rehabilitation Director and inter-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a positive work team by sharing information and problem-solving with others.
• Provides supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants as defined by Georgia PT board rules.
• Collaborates with Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines for efficient clinical case management.
• Maintains updated knowledge through seminars, journals and peers.
• Promotes safety and professional conduct in daily practice.
