Sanford Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team, delivering comprehensive physical therapy services to patients across settings. You will plan treatments, assess progress, and work closely with nursing, providers, social services and families to promote mobility and independence.

New grads welcomed. The role offers mentorship, clinical development, and a robust benefits package with continuing education support.

Qualifikationen

Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist.
When applicable, may require valid driver's license.
Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.

Aufgaben

Plan, organize and deliver PT programs to restore mobility and independence.
Conduct examinations, evaluations and interventions for injuries or diseases.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercises.
Collaborate with nurses, providers and care teams to ensure outcomes.
