Qualifications

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans according to physician's orders.
• Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with physicians and other team members regarding patient progress.
• Participate in Plan of Care and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
• Record treatment notes and progress for daily billing.
