Qualifications

• Current PT license in Tennessee.
• BLS/CPR certification must be current or obtained during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Review resident information to impact assessment and treatment.
• Conduct thorough functional assessments using standardized procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with documentation guidelines maintaining accurate records.
• Instruct and supervise therapy assistants as needed.
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapy continuation.
