Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have phlebotomy training or approved experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• DHS fingerprinting certification or ability to obtain may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receive specimens and ensure proper entry into the lab system.
• Label and log specimens accurately and maintain chain of custody.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and route to the appropriate area.
• Distribute specimens to the designated analytical teams.
• Follow all policies, procedures and safety standards.
