Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Lifts up to 50 lbs and can access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops.
- Comfort with climbing, crawling, and working in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers professionally on your daily route and provide pest protection.
- Inspect properties and identify pest issues; training provided.
- Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
- Recommend additional services that bring peace of mind.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
- Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.
