Life Time Inc. in Bloomfield Township, MI is seeking a qualified Personal Trainer who builds client programs, supports goal achievement, and delivers a positive, education-forward member experience aligned with the Life Time Brand.

You will conduct fitness consultations, monitor training sessions, promote and sell training services, maintain client records, and stay current with certifications and industry trends to ensure safety and effective programming.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer (CPT).
• CPR and AED Certified.

Responsabilités

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on safe and effective use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening, medical history, lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to members to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
