• Strong organizational, writing and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the performance management system (viEval) and related processes.
• Coordinate performance reviews and advancement timelines by tracking deadlines.
• Draft communications, documentation, and materials for performance activities.
• Maintain records, trackers, confidential files, and review resources.
• Collaborate with Accounting, HR, and other teams to support processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations from historical performance data.
• Coordinate meetings and logistics for review-related activities.
