Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to deliver early intervention services for children birth to 3 years old across Schuylkill County, PA. Travel to homes and community settings is required, with availability on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The role emphasizes family coaching and IFSP-driven goals.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist (PA).
• Clearances: Child Abuse, Federal, and State.
• Pediatric CPR and First Aid for HealthCare Provider.

Responsibilities

• Follow IFSP by providing PT services to birth to age 3 and consult with families and team members.
• Provide services in homes, daycares and other community settings.
• Coach families/caregivers on intervention strategies to transfer skills across settings.
• Participate in IFSP and multi-disciplinary team meetings to evaluate needs and progress and develop/adjust therapies.
• Compile and maintain all required documentation in compliance with deadlines and regulations.
