Job summary

United Way Central Florida is seeking a part-time Resource Development Coordinator to support the Corporate Philanthropy team. You will provide administrative and campaign coordination support, helping fundraising staff build corporate partnerships and workplace giving campaigns.

This role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and behind-the-scenes execution, with responsibilities ranging from scheduling and data management to event support and donor communications.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred in a related field.
• At least two years of administrative or nonprofit support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with donor databases (ANDAR a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sr. Director of Workplace Philanthropy and the Corporate Philanthropy team.
• Coordinate campaign materials, pledge forms, presentations, and campaign packets.
• Prepare donor acknowledgements, correspondence, stewardship letters, and reports.
• Maintain donor, campaign, and pledge information in the ANDAR database.
• Support workplace campaign events and volunteer coordination.
