Westview Healthcare Center in Auburn, CA seeks a Physical Therapist for part-time/per diem. The ideal candidate will evaluate residents, plan individualized therapies, and document progress in a collaborative rehab team. Qualificações

• Active California Physical Therapist license or eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• New graduates welcome; hands-on patient care focus.
• Familiarity with EHR systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating residents, creating individualized treatment plans, and celebrating patient progress.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
• Helping residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence.
• Working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team that truly works together.
• Educating residents and families while building meaningful relationships.
• Bringing positive energy, professionalism, and compassion to work every day.
• Participating in the development and implementation of rehabilitation goals.
• Communicating with residents, families, physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Supporting a safe, positive, and respectful therapy environment.
