Job summary

Natural Wonders Healthcare in West Covina, CA is expanding to include Physical Therapy and seeks a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist to help build this new service line. This part‑time/per diem position offers flexible scheduling and a real opportunity to shape a program from the ground up.

Starting at 8–15 hours per week with potential for additional hours as the PT program grows, compensation begins at $45 per hour with a $1 raise every six months, up to $50 per hour, depending on

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted California PT license.
DPT degree from an accredited program.
CPR/BLS certification, NPI and credentialing readiness.
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills; compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform PT evaluations and establish treatment plans.
Provide skilled PT treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Develop therapeutic exercise and home exercise programs.
Maintain 2 patients per hour.
Provide manual therapy and other PT interventions.
Monitor progress and modify plans as appropriate.
Complete timely clinical documentation.
Support return-to-work and daily activity goals.
