Baltimore County Public Library in Perry Hall is seeking a Part-Time Library Services Assistant to assist customers, shelve materials, process returns, help with reserves, and support programs. You will work a rotating schedule including Sundays and evenings, at a branch location, delivering friendly service and guiding patrons through library resources.

This role requires at least one year of customer service and a high school diploma; computer literacy is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use computers and library systems.
• Passport requirements only apply to full-time roles at locations offering passport services.

Responsabilités
