• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years professional auditing experience.
• Preferred experience in public higher education.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, conducting, and completing audits to evaluate the accuracy of financial transactions and operational processes.
• Review practices for compliance with policies, guidelines, laws, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare audit working papers and draft reports detailing objectives, scope, procedures, findings, and recommendations.
• Identify factors contributing to deficiencies and suggest cost-effective improvements to controls and efficiency.
