Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a QA Technician for our Allegan Township, MI site. The role focuses on responding to quality events, containing issues, and guiding immediate remediation to keep production compliant with cGMP standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in an FDA-regulated environment, and strong analytical and communication skills. You will work Monday–Friday 3 PM–11 PM and support documentation and audits across manufacturing and packaging processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a FDA-regulated industry; 2 years preferred.
• Solid understanding of cGMPs.
• Knowledge of SOPs with ability to interpret them.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to quality events and determine immediate containment.
• Document actions and coordinate remediation steps.
• Identify, assess, and contain defects; manage rework instructions.
• Review documentation and audit manufacturing/packaging for cGMP compliance.
