Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience working in case management or with children/adolescents and families required.
• Knowledge of WRAP curriculum preferred.
• CPR, First Aid and MAP Certified (or obtain certification in the first 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned caseload with case management.
• Coordinate with treatment providers and families regarding treatment plans.
• Provide outreach and support to children and families.
• Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
