Job summary

Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital in Panama City, FL seeks an Outpatient Therapist to deliver and document age-appropriate psychotherapy and social services, supporting patients from admission through discharge planning.

You will conduct individual, family, and group therapies, complete psychosocial assessments, participate on the treatment team, and maintain quality documentation; outpatient services are available across Florida’s Panhandle.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• LMHC, LCSW or LMFT preferred and licensure pursued.
• Ability to work at Emerald Coast Outpatient Center in Panama City, Florida.
• Variable schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinically sound individual, family, and group therapies within required time frames and establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments appropriate to patient type and reason for referral to assist team in development of a care plan.
• Actively participate in treatment team decisions.
• Provide quality documentation.
