Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide outpatient services at Methodist Hospital in Omaha. The role includes evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders and performing barium swallow studies when needed.

The position offers a casual/PRN schedule Monday–Friday with daytime hours, and requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, SLP licensure, and CFY or clinical experience in a hospital

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license and CFY accepted; BLS preferred.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations in outpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Perform barium swallow studies as part of the role, when needed.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and document progress.
