Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR/OTD) for a full-time role at Stockton Nursing Center. You will assess, plan, and deliver OT services to residents in a 119-bed SNF with a varied caseload and a focus on real-world mobility training.

Responsibilities include developing recovery plans, teaching patients and caregivers, and collaborating with a rehab team under the Director of Rehab.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial NBCOT registration as an OT.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required in the state.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans for OT patients.
• Deliver occupational therapy to a diverse caseload in SNF/outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with care teams and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
