Job summary

Culpeper Health & Rehabilitation Center seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist in Virginia to provide compassionate OT services, evaluate residents, and develop treatment plans aligned with physician orders.

This FT/PT/PRN role offers a $10K retention bonus, comprehensive benefits including health and dental insurance within 60-90 days of hire, paid time off, extra holiday pay, and a 401k with company match. You will supervise assistants and contribute to discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Virginia as required by the state Board.
• Ability to collaborate with center team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates and develops OT programs for residents.
• Supervises OT Assistants and aides per state guidelines.
• Develops treatment plans and goals to meet patient needs.
• Collaborates with the center team to ensure quality patient care.
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and timely.
