Job summary

Culpeper Health & Rehabilitation Center in Culpeper, VA is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist licensed in Virginia to join our rehab team. You will evaluate residents, develop and adjust treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians to ensure care aligns with the treatment plan and discharge goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold Virginia OT licensure.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with rehab team.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates residents; develops treatment plans.
• Supervise OT Assistants and aides as per state guidelines.
• Participates in discharge planning and documentation.
• Maintains timely billing and ensures MD orders are obtained.
