Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Midland Odessa is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our local inpatient team. You will deliver direct OT services helping patients regain independence and quality of life.

This full-time role offers a $10K sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. You will assess, plan, and execute personalized therapy programs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
