Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team and provide high-quality, patient-centered OT services across inpatient and outpatient settings. The OT will assess needs, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to maximize functional outcomes.

The role includes rotating through hospital units, ambulatory clinics, long-term care, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an OT program accredited by NBCOT or AOTA.
• Licensed or license-eligible as an OT in Georgia.
• Minimum of three years of clinical OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy interventions for inpatients and outpatients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Rotate through service areas to maintain competency across hospital, ambulatory, long-term care, and community settings.
• Support patient independence and daily activity performance through evidence-based OT interventions.
