Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, one of the nation’s largest home-based care providers, seeks an Occupational Therapist to help patients in their homes regain independence. The role focuses on improving daily living skills and functional abilities under physician orders.

You will collaborate with families and the care team, while supporting ongoing professional development in a stable, inclusive work environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program and licensed OT in the practicing state.
• Minimum of one year of experience preferred (can be less with VP/Regional Director approval).
• Medicare home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients in the home improve daily living tasks and functional abilities.
• Administer skilled OT services per physician orders and plan of care.
• Collaborate with family and health care team under Branch Director supervision.
