Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality OT services in our Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings in Ohio. You will deliver direct patient care under the direction of a licensed OT, maintain professional interactions with communities, and support case management and documentation per regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Must be able to apply OT principles under supervision and according to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Under OT supervision, optimize patients' functional abilities in communities.
• Implement treatment for all assigned patients.
• Comply with state and federal guidelines regarding billing and documentation.
• Establish and maintain effective interactions with patients and the care team.
• Provide supervision to rehab techs during group and individual treatment as needed.
• Contribute to program development and collaboration with the care team.
• Maintain awareness of patient progress and community issues and report promptly.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and patient rights policies.
