The role requires a Florida OTA license and BLS certification; experience is preferred. The position is full-time on day shifts to support 40-hour weeks and community outreach initiatives.

Formación

• Associate degree in occupational therapy assisting.
• Florida OTA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing OT treatment plans.
• Document patient progress in EMR with accuracy.
• Educate patients and families; provide home exercise programs.
• Mentor students and new staff.
• Ensure infection control and safety guidelines.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
