Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and exchange information with patients and staff.
• OD degree from an accredited institution required.
• License to practice Optometry in the state of practice required.
• NPI and TPA license required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients regarding current status and future requirements for vision care.
• Collaborate with the office team to provide compassionate, personalized patient care.
• Perform general and medical optometry in a traditional office setting.
