Job summary

Acuity Eye Group is seeking a well-rounded optometrist for a full-time role in California. The practice offers comprehensive eye care including ophthalmology and subspecialties, with modern imaging tools and a collegial team. This position emphasizes patient care and clinical excellence in a leading Southern California group.

You will work in a high-volume setting (20–25 patients/day) with access to advanced technologies and a supportive environment aimed at high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• CA Board Certified
• Licensed to practice optometry in California
• Experience in ocular diseases is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage ocular diseases at a comfortable level, including treating corneal ulcers and uveitis
• Diagnose glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy, remove foreign bodies, identify macular diseases and retinal conditions
• See 20–25 patients per day with advanced imaging technologies such as tonometer, phoropter, auto refractor, retinal camera, ophthalmoscope, OCT, and digital retinal imaging
