Job summary

EDU Healthcare in Delaware is seeking a full-time, onsite K–5 Speech-Language Pathologist to support district partners for the 2025-26 school year with a manageable caseload and services for articulation and fluency impairments. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals.

You will provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings, develop IEP goals, and participate in IEP meetings while staying current with best

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP license in Delaware or eligibility to obtain before start.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience with school-aged children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals.
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.
• Stay current with best practices and continue professional development.
