ProCare Therapy in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an onsite, school-based assignment for the 2026-2027 year. The district welcomes both full-time and part-time candidates and will support homebound services where needed.

The position covers district-wide services, up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with an August 25, 2026 start and June 8, 2027 end date. Applicants must have a Master’s in SLP and active Delaware school licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Active Delaware SLP license required.
• School-based credentials/requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services to students based on individual needs.
• Conduct appropriate assessments and monitor student progress.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy goals.
• Maintain required documentation and service records.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide district-wide services and assist homebound students as needed.
