Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated speech-language pathologist to provide therapy for children and young adults from kindergarten through 22 years old in a school setting near Dover, Delaware. This full-time contract offers a stable 37.5 hours per week and a supportive educational environment.

You will assess, plan, and implement SLP services, contribute to IEP objectives, collaborate with teachers and families, and tailor interventions for a wide range of needs, including moderate to severe

Qualifications

• Holds or is eligible for a Delaware state license (SLP or CFY welcome to apply).
• Experience with students with moderate to severe disabilities is valued.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative, adaptable mindset.
• Demonstrated flexibility and effective problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver speech-language therapy addressing assistive technology, augmentative communication, social language, articulation, voice, oral-motor function, feeding, and receptive/expressive language delays.
• Conduct diagnostic and evaluative assessments; compile detailed assessment reports.
• Support the development, implementation, and documentation of IEP objectives to drive student success.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and staff to monitor progress and identify areas needing support.
• Adapt strategies and interventions for students across a wide age and ability range, including those with moderate to severe disabilities.
